HollrAI is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create AI call assistants and automate inbound and outbound calls. We offer our services on a subscription basis and through a pay-as-you-go model.

There is no minimum age requirement to use HollrAI. However, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may need parental consent to use our services.

To use HollrAI, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

• We offer subscription-based and pay-as-you-go pricing models. Detailed pricing information is available on our website.
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of HollrAI. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
• We reserve the right to change our fees upon reasonable notice.

• HollrAI does not use your personal phone number for AI assistant connections. Users are required to purchase virtual phone numbers through our platform.
• Our telephony services are provided in partnership with Twilio. By using our services, you also agree to Twilio's Terms of Service.

• You agree not to use HollrAI for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to spam calls.
• HollrAI strictly prohibits the use of our platform for spam calls. We reserve the right to take immediate action, including account termination, against users found to be engaging in spam activities.
